The platform is openly visible — that is the big advantage over StudIP, and open to be edited as long as the community does not intervene — that is the major difference between the institute's wiki and the institute's official web page at http://www.uni-oldenburg.de/anglistik/.
To edit pages you have to open an account - you can do this even if you are neither student nor staff member. We invite contributions as long as they are subject related.
