The platform is openly visible and accessible via Google — that is the big advantage over StudIP, and ready to be edited by every one interested as long as the community does not intervene — that is the major difference between this wiki and the institute's official web page at http://www.uni-oldenburg.de/anglistik/.
In order to edit pages you have to open an account. You can do this even if you are neither student nor staff. We invite contributions as long as they are subject related, and we appreciate clear name accounts (give us a few remarks about your person the user page you will get with your account.
If you work at the institute as staff member or student you may use this wiki to
