Get the Outlook App by selecting "Outlook App" on Appworld website (see Resources). Click on "Settings" and then "Message Settings" and after that "forwarding" or "POP3 Client" depending on your version of hotmail accounts. You will must find this file so select an area that's easy to locate such as the desktop. Hotmail will be the free email service offered by the Microsoft Network (MSN) website. Select "Check Availability" to find out if the email address and username you've chosen truly are available. If for a few reason the language on your own account continues to switch inexplicably, report the challenge to Hotmail.
