After checking all of my websites, I have realised that the sites which had a rank have all stayed the same, however the people which had formerly a rank of zero, now have a rank and have apparently been an integral part of the new upgrade.

A few hours later I was looking at one of my other websites which has a website page rank of two. This is where things begun to turn into a bit bizarre. I realized that its outside pages had now become a page ranking four but the homepage was still merely a PR2. What is all that about? The backward links are mainly pointing to the homepage just how can this site have a lower PR compared to the pages?
