Hey Olaf,
ich hab mir mal ein paar Gedanken zum Thema 'Klerus' gemacht. Könntest du vielleicht einen kurzen Blick darauf werfen und mir sagen, was du davon hältst? Danke!
1. About the depiction of the clergy within the ‘The Canterbury Tales’ 1.1. Clerical characters within the group of pilgrims Analysis of the book 1.2. Clerical characters within the stories told by the pilgrims
2. The Church in 14th Century England 2.1. Sources of depiction of the church and the clergy in the middle ages 2.2. Depiction of church and clergy in art Analysis of 2.3. Assisi as a model-member of the church in the Middle Ages?! other sources 2.4. Can we trust Chaucer’s descriptions?
Ich hatte überlegt 2.4. zu einem eigenständigen Punkt zu machen…
Und was hältst du von den folgenden Punkten?
Clergy vs. the rest of society - Does Chaucer treat the lower class, the working class and the nobility equally well/bad as the clergy? (könnte auch 1. zugeordnet warden) - The role of the clergy within society (evtl. überflüssig durch 2.?)
