Hi Bob,

I just saw your first edit - nice to have you around (all corrections are welcome, of course)! Yesterday's reading group brought an American student into my house who promised to do the blog for next week, I'll contact Jutta Schwarzkopf to get her Paris experiences. We'll see whether we get this thing going, and I should open a list of potential writers. In any case: communication within the wiki is extremely easy and fast. Unlike StudIP, the medium is entirely transparent and un-hierarchical - people can access it from all over the world, you can actually google our pages, and I am sure, I'll get them a good ranking. So much for the moment. I'd be extremely delighted if I could get you as an active participant into this thing. It is the ideal medium to produce communication between students and staff - and this is what the whole project is all about. I shall show you some of the interesting features any time you feel like it. best --Olaf Simons 11:57, 21 April 2007 (CEST)

PS. You can sign contributions on talk- and discussion-pages with ~~~~ - the wiki turns this into your signature the moment you save the page.
