The American Drama Group will be presenting “Romeo and Juliet” on June 19 at 19:00 at Schloss Gödens near Sande. You can find information about them and their castle tour at [http://www.adg-europe.com/castle-tours.php this website].

If you plan to attend, it’s best to reserve tickets beforehand by calling the Buchhandlung Lohse Eissing in Wilhelmshaven as soon as possible (see above website). It might also be cheaper this way (I think €10.90 for students; the normal price is €20.80). I’m not sure whether students can take advantage of this price if they buy the tickets on the night of the performance or whether tickets are still available then.

This group gives an open-air performance of a Shakespeare play in English every year at Schloss Gödens. I’ve been there twice before and can definitely recommend going. Since it is outside, it’s a good idea to bring a warm jacket and/or a blanket. You are also welcome to bring your own drinks and snacks to eat during the intermission.
