This Hand-painted Marine Turtle Necklace Charm Evokes the Warm Waters of Hawaiian Vacations

At the time I discovered this stunning lovely sea turtle charm, I was blown away that it was actually made in America by a Florida artist! The detail is remarkable, and the first time I wore it (on my way to Aruba for a Caribbean trip) four total strangers (3 gals and a guy) in the airport inquired where I discovered it!
