Help:Signature

• If logged in you can leave verifyable signatures on discussion pages:

• write ~~~~
• when you press "save page" the four signs will be automatically converted into your signature (it will include a link to your user page plus time and date).

What is this good for?

The signature is a way to connect your statement with your account. You can check the authenticity of any such signature in a check of the page "history" entries - which are themselves linked to your edits including your signature edits.
